Are Sploot products safe for puppies and small dogs?

What size neck does this cat collar fit? · Adjustable Cat Collar with Bell, Fits Necks 7.5–12.5 in
The collar adjusts from 19cm to 32cm (roughly 7.5 to 12.5 inches), which covers most adult domestic cats and larger kittens. For reference, an average adult cat neck measures between 20cm and 28cm, so this collar has room to fit on the looser or snugger end depending on your cat's build. Measure your cat's neck with a soft tape and add about 2 fingers of slack before ordering. View product
What material is the collar made from? · Adjustable Cat Collar with Bell, Fits Necks 7.5–12.5 in
The collar is made from a woven cloth fabric, 1.0cm wide. Cloth collars tend to be softer against fur than nylon webbing, which can matter for cats with finer coats or sensitive skin around the neck. The supplier does not specify the exact fiber content, so if your cat has known fabric sensitivities, check the received item before extended wear. View product
Is this collar safe for kittens, and is there a minimum age or weight? · Adjustable Cat Collar with Bell, Fits Necks 7.5–12.5 in
The adjustable range starts at 19cm, which is on the smaller side but still likely too large for kittens under roughly 4 months or under 2 lbs, whose necks typically measure under 17cm. For very young kittens, a properly fitting collar matters especially because they can get a limb caught in a loose one. The supplier does not list a minimum age or weight, so measure first and only use the collar once the neck circumference falls comfortably within the 19–32cm range. View product
Does this collar have a breakaway safety release? · Adjustable Cat Collar with Bell, Fits Necks 7.5–12.5 in
The product description does not confirm a breakaway buckle, which is an important distinction for indoor-outdoor cats who climb or explore tight spaces. A standard buckle collar that does not release under pressure can pose a snag risk. If your cat goes unsupervised outdoors or has a history of getting caught on things, look for a collar explicitly labeled breakaway before purchasing this one. View product
How do I clean this collar? · Adjustable Cat Collar with Bell, Fits Necks 7.5–12.5 in
The supplier does not provide specific washing instructions, but cloth collars of this type are generally spot-cleaned with mild soap and cool water, then air-dried flat to preserve shape and color. Avoid hot water or machine drying, which can cause shrinkage or color bleed on bright dyes. Remove the collar before cleaning and check that it still fits correctly after it dries, since cloth can tighten slightly. View product
Will the bell bother my cat or cause hearing stress? · Adjustable Cat Collar with Bell, Fits Necks 7.5–12.5 in
The bell on collars like this produces a soft jingle rated well below levels associated with hearing discomfort in cats, which have a hearing range of roughly 48Hz to 85kHz. Most cats habituate to the sound within a few days. That said, some cats are more noise-sensitive than others, and if your cat shows signs of distress after a week of wear, removing the bell or switching to a bell-free collar is a reasonable option. Can this collar fit a small dog, like a Chihuahua or toy breed? · Adjustable Cat Collar with Bell, Fits Necks 7.5–12.5 in
The 19–32cm adjustable range does overlap with the neck size of many small and toy breed dogs, including Chihuahuas and small terriers, whose necks often measure between 20cm and 28cm. However, this collar is 1.0cm wide, which is on the narrow side for dogs that pull or move energetically, as narrow cloth can cut into the neck under tension. For dogs, a flat collar with at least 1.5–2.0cm width and a proper D-ring for leash attachment is a safer everyday choice. View product
What are the Necoichi Flitters Wobble Mouse Cocoon toys actually made of? · Cat Wand Toy with Silkworm Cocoon and Feathers by Necoichi
The toy is constructed from real silkworm cocoons — a natural, fibrous material that has a texture and scent cats respond to strongly during play. The wand component includes feathers to add visual flutter. No synthetic stuffing or plastic fill is used in the cocoon portion itself. View product
Is this toy safe for cats who chew and tear apart their toys? · Cat Wand Toy with Silkworm Cocoon and Feathers by Necoichi
The silkworm cocoon material is natural, but it is not designed to be ingested. Supervised play is recommended, especially for cats with a strong chew drive or those who tend to destroy toys quickly. If your cat pulls the cocoon apart rather than batting at it, remove the toy and replace it — loose feathers and small fiber pieces can be a choking hazard. View product
What age cats is this wand toy appropriate for? · Cat Wand Toy with Silkworm Cocoon and Feathers by Necoichi
The wand format works well for cats roughly 6 months and older who are coordinated enough to track and pounce on a moving target. Kittens under 4 months may not have the motor control to engage with it fully, though they can still bat at it with supervision. Senior cats or less active cats often respond to the slower wobble motion, so age alone is not a disqualifier. View product
How durable is the cocoon attachment — will it survive more than a few play sessions? · Cat Wand Toy with Silkworm Cocoon and Feathers by Necoichi
Silkworm cocoon material is lightweight and fibrous, so it will show wear after repeated play, particularly with cats that have strong grab-and-kick instincts. It holds up well for batting and chase-style play but is not built for heavy biting or wrestling. Treating it as a consumable toy — rather than a permanent fixture — is a practical expectation. View product
Can I wash or clean the cocoon toy between uses? · Cat Wand Toy with Silkworm Cocoon and Feathers by Necoichi
The cocoon is a natural organic material and is not designed to be machine washed or soaked in water, as that would degrade the fibers quickly. Spot-wiping the wand handle with a damp cloth is fine. If the cocoon itself gets soiled, replacing it is the more practical option given the material. View product
Does this toy work for indoor apartment cats who don't get a lot of stimulation? · Cat Wand Toy with Silkworm Cocoon and Feathers by Necoichi
Yes, the combination of feather movement and the scent profile of natural silkworm cocoon material tends to engage cats that spend all their time indoors, since those sensory cues mimic prey in a way that synthetic toys often don't. Short daily wand sessions of 5 to 10 minutes are enough to trigger predatory play behavior in most cats. It is particularly useful for single-cat households where there is no feline playmate to provide that stimulation. View product
Is this toy safe to leave out for my cat to play with unsupervised? · Cat Wand Toy with Silkworm Cocoon and Feathers by Necoichi
No wand toy with a string, cord, or detachable attachment should be left out for unsupervised play — including this one. The feathers and cocoon can detach during vigorous play, and the wand string poses an entanglement risk. Store it out of reach between play sessions and bring it out only when you can watch your cat actively. View product
What materials is the Pet Treasure Hunt Puzzle Toy made from? · Pet Treasure Hunt Puzzle Toy for Dogs and Cats, 970g
The toy is made from hard plastic. Look for ABS or food-grade plastic labeling before purchase if your pet is a chewer, since standard hard plastic can crack under heavy biting pressure and produce sharp edges. View product
How heavy is this puzzle toy, and will it slide around on hardwood or tile floors? · Pet Treasure Hunt Puzzle Toy for Dogs and Cats, 970g
The toy weighs 970g, which gives it enough base weight to resist light pawing, but on smooth flooring it may still shift during active play. Placing it on a rubber mat or low-pile rug helps keep it stable during a session. View product
Is this puzzle toy safe for puppies under 6 months old? · Pet Treasure Hunt Puzzle Toy for Dogs and Cats, 970g
Puzzle feeders with small sliding or removable pieces are generally not recommended for puppies under 6 months unsupervised, as they tend to mouth and chew components rather than problem-solve. If you use it with a young puppy, stay present during the session and remove the toy if chewing starts. View product
What size or breed of dog is this puzzle toy designed for? · Pet Treasure Hunt Puzzle Toy for Dogs and Cats, 970g
The toy is best suited for small to medium dogs roughly 10 to 50 pounds, based on the scale of typical puzzle compartments at this weight class. Very large breeds like Great Danes or Saint Bernards may find the compartments too small for their snouts to navigate comfortably. View product
Can cats use this puzzle toy, or is it designed only for dogs? · Pet Treasure Hunt Puzzle Toy for Dogs and Cats, 970g
The toy is marketed for both dogs and cats. Cats that are food-motivated tend to engage well with sliding-lid or lift-cover puzzle formats, but cats who prefer vertical or swatting-style play may lose interest quickly with a flat puzzle design. View product
How do I clean the Pet Treasure Hunt Puzzle Toy after filling it with treats? · Pet Treasure Hunt Puzzle Toy for Dogs and Cats, 970g
Hard plastic puzzle toys should be hand-washed with warm water and mild dish soap after each use, especially if wet treats or wet food were used. Avoid dishwasher cleaning unless the product is explicitly labeled dishwasher-safe, as high heat can warp plastic compartments and loosen any moving parts. View product
Will this toy hold a strong chewer's attention, or is it more for light nibblers and curious dogs? · Pet Treasure Hunt Puzzle Toy for Dogs and Cats, 970g
Puzzle toys are designed for mental engagement through nose work and paw manipulation, not chewing. A dog who immediately bites at the toy rather than sniffing and pawing will likely defeat or damage it quickly, so this format works better for dogs with at least basic impulse control or prior puzzle toy experience. What is the Speedy Tail cat toy made of, and is the plastic safe for cats to bite? · Interactive Cat Ball Toy with Two Speeds, USB Rechargeable
The toy is made of hard plastic. It is designed as a motion toy rather than a chew toy, so cats are meant to chase and bat at it rather than gnaw on it. If your cat is an aggressive chewer who breaks down hard plastic, supervise play sessions and replace the toy if pieces crack or splinter. View product
How long does the battery last on a single charge, and how do I recharge it? · Interactive Cat Ball Toy with Two Speeds, USB Rechargeable
The built-in 150mAh lithium battery provides approximately 120 minutes of runtime. It recharges via USB, so any standard USB port or wall adapter works. Charge time is not specified by the manufacturer, so checking the toy before a long play session is a good habit. View product
What are the two speed settings and when should I use each one? · Interactive Cat Ball Toy with Two Speeds, USB Rechargeable
The toy has a low speed and a high speed, toggled by pressing the power button quickly. Low speed works well for kittens, senior cats, or first-time introductions to the toy. High speed is better for active adult cats that need more stimulation to stay engaged. View product
Is this toy safe to leave running while I am not home? · Interactive Cat Ball Toy with Two Speeds, USB Rechargeable
Unsupervised use is not recommended. The toy has moving parts and a rotating tail or attachment that a cat could potentially chew off or get tangled in during extended solo play. Running it during supervised play sessions and turning it off when you leave reduces that risk. View product
What size or age of cat is this toy suited for? · Interactive Cat Ball Toy with Two Speeds, USB Rechargeable
The toy is designed for indoor cats of any typical adult size. Kittens over roughly 12 weeks that are steady on their feet can use it on the low speed setting. Very small kittens under 8 weeks should not use motorized toys unsupervised. There is no upper weight or size limit, but the toy sits low to the ground, so it suits cats that hunt by stalking and pouncing rather than leaping. View product
How do I clean the Speedy Tail toy? · Interactive Cat Ball Toy with Two Speeds, USB Rechargeable
Wipe the plastic body down with a damp cloth. Do not submerge the toy in water, as it contains a lithium battery and USB charging port that will be damaged by soaking. The exterior can be wiped with a pet-safe, non-toxic cleaner, but make sure it is fully dry before turning the toy back on. View product
What are the dimensions of the toy, and will it get stuck under furniture? · Interactive Cat Ball Toy with Two Speeds, USB Rechargeable
The listed package size is approximately 50mm x 50mm x 50mm, meaning the toy itself is compact, roughly 2 inches in each direction. That small footprint means it can roll under low sofas or beds, which is a common complaint with ball-style toys. Playing in an open area or using a low-pile rug can help keep it in the chase zone.
